The European Commission and EIB launched two models for setting up financial instruments available in support of the objectives of the REPowerEU and New European Bauhaus initiatives. A guarantee fund for sustainable agriculture
fi-compass produced a series of video testimonials of final recipients of Alter'NA, a guarantee fund- set up with EUR 36 million from Nouvelle-Aquitaine regional funds, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), and the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI).
The Alter'NA guarantee fund has already helped hundreds of farmers in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region to implement sustainable agriculture projects and expand their business.

Financial instruments supporting the integration of migrants
The recently published fi-compass factsheet ‘Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) – Financial instruments’ helps managing authorities and other stakeholders involved in programming or implementation of projects for migrants and refugees (third-country nationals) to make an informed decision if and how to implement financial instruments in the area of integration of migrants.
AMIF targeted coaching
With the launch of the fi-compass AMIF workstream by European Commission’s Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs (DG HOME) and the European Investment Bank in early 2022, a broad range of fi-compass advisory tools are now available to managing authorities of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) and other stakeholders considering becoming involved in financial instruments supporting the integration of third-country nationals.
