This case study update features the IFRRU 2020 financial instruments set up to support urban development in Portugal in the 2014-2020 programming period. The original fi-compass case study was published in 2019 and highlighted several innovative features to manage the multi-stakeholder environment in which it operated and to leverage significant public and private investment alongside the ERDF/CF resources.
The case study update reports on the successful outcome of the operation, its results and lessons learned.
