This 2020 update of the annotated template for reporting on financial instruments according to Article 46 Common Provisions Regulation (CPR) includes instructions on how to fill-in the required and optional fields in the report on financial instruments (Section 8 in the annual implementation report to be submitted through the System for Fund Management in the European Union (SFC)).

The audit methodology has the objective to assist the European Commission auditors and audit authorities (AAs) for their audits pursuant to Article 127 of Common Provisions Regulation (CPR). The methodology sets out the overall audit approach of the Commission services for carrying out audits of financial instruments in accordance with the applicable rules.

Using social outcomes contracting to support migrant integration in Finland: the KOTO SIB case study

The Koto-SIB Programme is a payment-by-results programme implemented by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment in Finland in collaboration with the EIF. It is the first social impact bond scheme dedicated to migrants and refugees in Europe, supporting integration of migrants in Finland. Through the programme, which is supported by the Investment Plan for Europe, immigrants are given the opportunity to learn Finnish, get training and a job placement to help them along the path of integration. Finding the jobs, educating and training immigrants is done by service providers who are experienced professionals in integration training.
