Banco Portugues de Fomento: Capitalizar Mais Guarantee

The purpose of this Line is to support Portuguese SME through: (i) Operations aimed at strengthening business capacity for the development of newproducts and services, or innovations at the level of processes, products, organization, or marketing, (ii) Financing operationsintended for newinvestment in tangible or intangible fixed assets, as well as for increasing working capital, and (iii) Operations aimed at theacquisition of real estateallocated to business activity. The beneficiaries are Companies certified as SME.

IFRRU 2020: A second life for Portugal’s historical landmarks

The ERDF powered IFRRU 2020 financial instrument focuses on urban rehabilitation and revitalisation. By the end of 2022, 440 buildings were renovated thanks to the financial support of IFRRU, generating new jobs and making Portuguese cities more green, sustainable and energy efficient.
