This ‘fi-compass Showcase 2019’ submission is an English language summary of the second edition of the ‘Report on Financial Instruments co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds’, prepared by the Agency for Territorial Cohesion in Italy. The report addresses the policy measures in Italy, in the form of loans, guarantees and equity capital investments, envisaged by the Operational Programmes for implementing the cohesion policy. It describes market dynamics, the programming, implementing and system activities for financial instruments.
